About Event
Ready to relax and unwind? Step into the serene glow of candlelight and let the world outside melt away. This deeply restorative yin yoga practice invites you to slow down, soften, and sink into long-held postures designed to release tension from deep within the body.
As the flicker of candles dances across the room, you’ll be guided through gentle stretches that open the hips, spine, and heart, calming the mind and nourishing the nervous system. Perfect for all levels, this evening is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner stillness — leaving you grounded, balanced, and renewed.
Herbal Tea + Integration Circle (15 min)
- Arrive, settle in, enjoy warm nighttime tea
- Meet the facilitators and fellow attendees
- Set intentions for the experience ahead
Yin Yoga Flow (75 min)
- Slow, meditative postures held for several minutes
- Deep hip, spine, and shoulder release
- Focus on breath awareness and nervous system calm
- Guided under candlelight with soft, soothing music
Integration with Sound Healing (15 min)
- Immersive sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing instruments
- Designed to relax the mind and release energetic tension

He’s a certified Yin Yoga teacher – training under the renowned yogi, Annie Au. He’s also a 500 hr yoga teacher, Wim Hof instructor, and nervous system coach. He specializes in working with high performance individuals and leading nature retreats.
Nicole Dahlstrom (Instagram)Nicole is a yoga and mindfulness coach. She’s a certified nutritionist, 500 HR yoga teacher, and Awakened Breathwork teacher. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for 10 years.
