    Frequently Asked Questions

    What should I bring?

For breathwork and yoga: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, blanket, and an open mind. For cold plunging: A swimsuit, towel, and warm layers for after your plunge. We provide a changing room.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance as class sizes are limited to maintain a high-quality experience. You can book through our website.

    What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided practice of conscious breathing techniques that can help reduce stress, improve focus, boost energy, and support emotional release. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps regulate the body’s response to stress.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

Breathwork reduces anxiety and stress, improves focus and mental clarity, enhances emotional resilience, supports better sleep, and increases oxygenation and energy levels.

How long are the breathwork sessions?

Sessions typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the format.

    Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Most people can practice breathwork safely, but if you have a history of heart conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before participating.

What are the benefits of cold plunging?

Cold exposure can boost circulation and immune function, reduce inflammation and muscle soreness, enhance mental resilience and focus, and improve mood by stimulating endorphins.

    How cold is the water?

Our cold plunge tubs are kept between 39–50°F (4–10°C) to provide optimal benefits while ensuring safety.

How long should I stay in the cold plunge?

Beginners should start with 30 seconds to 2 minutes and gradually increase time based on comfort and experience. The maximum recommended time is 5 minutes.

Is cold plunging safe for everyone?

Cold plunging is generally safe but should be approached with caution if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical concerns. If unsure, consult with a healthcare professional before trying.

What should I do after the cold plunge?

We recommend warming up gradually with breathwork, movement, or using a sauna (if available). Avoid hot showers immediately after to allow your body to naturally rewarm.
